Julia Anne Wills of Herbivore Botanicals went to Callin' Out on Etsy and falsely claimed that Elysian Organics was copying her listings. We posted proof on our Elysian Organics blog that she was not telling the truth and also showed that she admitted to in fact copying text and design elements from Elysian Organics listings. She also admitted to where she got the other ideas for her shop and named the Etsy shops that she used to do so.
After we posted her convos, she proceeded to apologize to Elysian Organics and stated that she wanted only peace between Herbivore Botanicals and Elysian Organics. She stated that she felt as though we should support each other rather than engaging in any malicious e-mails. Julia Anne Wills of Herbivore Botanicals stated that she was going to directly ask Callin' Out on Etsy to remove all her statements made about Elysian Organics and also stated that if they wouldn't remove the statements that she made about Elysian Organics, she was going to make positive comments about Elysian Organics on Callin' Out on Etsy to rectify the situation.
Of course, even though Herbivore Botanicals asked Callin' Out on Etsy to remove her statements about Elysian Organics and Julia Anne Wills of Herbivore Botanicals did attempt to post statements to rectify what she had previously stated about Elysian Organics, Callin' Out on Etsy completely kept her false claims up and never posted her apologetic statements - shocking! LOL ---- Once again, proving that Callin' Out on Etsy will say and do anything to hurt someone's reputation, even if it is completely based on lies.
Below we are now posting these new convos that have taken place between Herbivore Botanicals and Elysian Organics to show these statements we're making are absolutely 100% true. We do this to protect Elysian Organics, ourselves, and our business reputation. There are some obviously jealous and sick people out there completely consumed with hurting Elysian Organics reputation.
Today, Herbivore Botanicals started lashing out at us, Elysian Organics, again blatantly lying and now threatening us with legal action.

Oh, and now this was Julia Anne Wills of Herbivore Botanical's response convo in Etsy to Elysian Organics posting these convos....which obviously Elysian Organics will not be responding to. Elysian Organics would just like for Julia Anne Wills of Herbivore Botanicals to go away and leave us alone once and for all.
Oh man, I can't believe this psycho of Herbivore Botanicals is back. Either she's schizo or has multiple personalities. I just read her profile on Etsy and she claims to have a boyfriend, Alex? Maybe that's just one of her alters she's referring to. Someone who suffers from multiple personality disorder has the following characteristics: Narcissistic, Avoidant, Paranoid, & Obsessive Compulsive. I see a fit here perfectly for Julia Anne Wills. She goes back and forth in everything she says to Elysian Organics. One minute she's apologizing, the next she's on the attack again. And, this whole thing w/Callin' Out on Etsy and her claiming to press charges against Elysian Organics. Also, from a legal perspective, Julia Anne Wills never stated to Elysian Organics that her e-mails being sent were NOT FOR PUBLICATION, which means, once sent to an individual it is the property of the recipient and any lawyer would tell her exactly that. She can say any harsh thing that she wants about Elysian Organics publicizing her e-mails, but the have every right to as it is now their property and they have free reign to do so.
